- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, July 8, 2021 beginning as close to 6:00 pm as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to review proposed updating and clarifying amendments to the City Code as they relate to the City's Fee and Fine structure for certain land uses and land use violations The purpose of the second hearing is to review proposed amendments to Title 13 & other sections, as per State of Utah legislation, modifying public noticing requirements. Interested parties are encouraged to provide comment at the hearing or to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's website The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com.
