- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday July 15, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on the proposed Naples City General Plan. This information is available at the Naples City offices during normal office hours, and at the city website https://naplescityut.gov/general-plan/. And to propose amending the Naples City Land Use Ordinance: RA1 and RA2 livestock distance from home and a rezone request from GKM Properties located at 1700 S 1500 E from an RA1 zone to I1 zone. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact the planning office at (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
