Approval of Minutes A. June 9, 2021 2. Preliminary Plat A. SWIFT CREEK. The proposal involves preliminary plat approval of a standard subdivision including eighty-three residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 950 South. 3. Conditional Use Permit A. 500 SOUTH 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located 251 West 500 South. 4. Final Plat A. VISTA VIEW COMMERCIAL. The proposal involves creating a commercial lot for development located at 2300 East 750 South. B. VISTA VIEW PLAT A. The proposal involves creating 23 residential units for development located at 2300 East 900 South. C. VISTA VIEW PLAT B. The proposal involves creating 22 residential units for development located at 2300 East 950 South. 5. Adjourn
