- COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AND WORK SESSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting and a Work Session on Monday, June 21, 2021 at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Others may connect to the meeting using the Zoom meeting information listed below. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Allegiance 3. Review And Possible Recommendation Of The Cliffview Minor Subdivision Concept Plan 4. Continued Review And Possible Recommendation - Ordinance No. 2021-3 Parks, Trails, And Open Space Update Amendments To The Development Code And Master Plan 5. Continued Work Session - Use Chart And Definitions Update Amendments To The Development Code 6. Consultant Updates 7. Planning Commission Updates 8. Review and Possible Approval of Minutes 9.
