NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning & Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday June 15, 2021 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Commissioner 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes April 20, 2021 4. PUBLIC COMMENT PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 5. APPOINTMENTS-PUBLIC HEARINGS 6. OTHER ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ APPROVAL AS TIME PERMITS 1. Review of Haviland Minor Subdivision for compliance with Town Code 2. Questions regarding a rezone- Kirt Hatch 3. Lot Split Application update 7. COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. 8. ADJOURNMENT NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
