NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday June 15, 2021 6:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 5. PUBLIC COMMENT PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 6. APPOINTMENTS-PUBLIC HEARINGS 6:30 p.m.- Budget Hearing 7. OTHER ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ APPROVAL AS TIME PERMITS 1. Budget Hearing 2. RESOLUTION #21-06-01- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR CERTIFIED TAX RATE, ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, FOR TRENTON TOWN, UTAH. 3. RESOLUTION# 20-06-02- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2022 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF TRENTON, UTAH 4. Review of Town Employee Wages 8. COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. 9. ADJOURNMENT NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
