- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING June 16, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting called to order; Pledge of Allegiance; Opening Remarks; Roll Call 2. Public Hearing - Proposed 2022 Budget & Certified Tax Rate 3. Grant Julander - Conditional Use Permit - Approval and Issuance 4. Approval of minutes: May 19, 2021 and June 10, 2021 Work Session 5. Review and approval of monthly expenditures 6. Discussion of Public Hearing - Agenda Item 2 7. 2022 Budget & Certified Tax Rate - Adoption of Central Valley Town Budget and Certified Tax Rate for the fiscal year 2021-2022 by resolution #2021-001 8. Review proposed new Section 1700 ordinance on request of planning commission 9. Department concerns and councilmen reports 10. Other business as needed 11.
