Consider Resolution 2021-10 adopting the Fiscal Year 2021 budget amendments 10. Consider Resolution 2021-11 adopting the Fiscal Year 2022 Budgets 11. Consider Resolution 2021-12 adopting the Certified Tax Rate 12. Resolution 2021-13 amending the Sunset City Fee Schedule 13. Consider Ordinance 2021-02 adopting amendments to Title 10, Chapter 5, Article G - Town Center Zone (TC) of the Sunset City Code 14. Request to rezone the two properties located at 1647 North Main and 1661 North Main from C-2 Commercial to Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) by Bearkat Investments, LLC 15. Discussion and possible approval of the Declaration of Condominium of the Falcon Ridge Condominium Project presented by Joseph Cook of Falcon Hill Development, LLC 16. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 17. Adjourn the regular session and move into the work session WORK SESSION 18.
