CERTIFICATION OF ANNEXATION PETITION
I, Tara Silver, the duly appointed and acting Recorder of Spanish Fork City in Utah County, State of Utah, do hereby certify that a Petition for Annexation and Map was filed with the City on May 26, 2021, which petition covers 37 acres consisting of property owned by Mike McDonald, MWM Investments LLC (ET AL), EMB investments, Salem City, Glenda B. Lyman LLC, and David and Karen Morrell located at approximately Woodland Hills Drive and State Road 198, Utah County. The Petition, Morrell Annexation, was accepted by the Spanish Fork City Council on April 6, 2021, for further consideration pursuant to §10-2-405 Utah Code Annotated.
I hereby certify the Petition and state the referenced Petition for Annexation has been determined to meet the requirements of Utah Code Annotated §10-2-405.
Spanish Fork City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless, with a written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission, Alice Black, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah 84606 and Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 on or before July 21, 2021.
A complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of Spanish Fork City, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.
