NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 1 June 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Business 1. Discuss & adopt 2021-2022 fiscal year budget 2. Discuss and make plans to initiate Water Master Plan 3. Discuss/adjust pay schedule for Water Superintendant Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 4 May 2021 Approval for payment of May 2021 invoices Petitions & Communications 1. Andrew Flake, Sunrise Engineering, update on well replacement project 2. Staci Taylor, concerning water situation 3. Brandon Rees, concerning water situation 4. Lee Fox, Planning & Zoning Committee Chairman, concerning water use recommendations 5. Byron Davis, concerning town policy Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
