- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 2, 2021 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on June 2, 2021, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on the Walton Townhome Planned Community Development Project located at 781 East Quality Drive in the PC Planned Community zone 3. Hearing, review and action on amendments to the General Plan by providing a recommendation on the 2021 Transportation Master Plan Map 4. Hearing, review and action on amendments to the General Plan by providing a recommendation on the 2021 Storm Drain Master Plan Update 5. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.8.304 of the American Fork City Municipal Code entitled Project Streets and Sidewalks 6. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 15.01.110 of the American Fork City Municipal Code entitled Easements 7. Other Business 8. Site Plan Committee Report 9. Review and action on the minutes of the May 19, 2021 Planning Commission Regular Session 10. Adjournment John H. Woffinden, P.G.
