- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 18th day of May 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 4, 2021 2. Business - Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 21-09 'A Resolution Adopting The Clarkston Town FY 2021 Proposed Budget' - Ordinance 21-05 ' An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Zoning Regulation Title 10 Chapter 2 Section 9' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - LUDMA - Youth Council - Pony Express Days - Executive Session to discuss the 2021 Citizen of the Year Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Memorial Day Flags & Dumpster - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - June Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - June 1, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
