- COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION WORK SESSION AND MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting and a Work Session on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Others may connect to the meeting using the Zoom meeting information listed below. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Allegiance 3. Continued Review And Possible Recommendation - Ordinance No. 2021-3 Parks, Trails, And Open Space Update Amendments To The Development Code And Master Plan 4. Continued Work Session - Use Chart And Definitions Update Amendments To The Development Code 5. Consultant Updates 6. Planning Commission Updates 7. Review and Possible Approval of Minutes 8.
