- Public Hearing Mt. Pleasant City will be holding a Public Hearing on June 8, 2021at 6:20 p.m. The hearing will be held in the City Council Room at 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. Sections 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205, Mt. Pleasant City hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt an impact fee ordinance for its power system. The proposed impact fee will be based on an impact fee for our capital facility plan and corresponding impact fee analysis. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the citizens regarding the proposed impact fee for the power system.
