NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning & Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday May 18, 2021 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Chairperson Pauline Udy 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes April 20, 2021 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Review of Haviland Minor Subdivision for compliance with Town Code 2. Zoning Clearance- Ben Warren 3. Zoning Clearance- Andrew & LaShel Thompson 4. Zoning Clearance- Paula Goodfellow 5. Zoning Clearance- Kyle Kingston 6. Zoning Clearance- Lance Kingston 7. Subdivision Update discussion 8. Update of Final Subdivision Application 9. Update of Lot Split Application, Lot Line review Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
