- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA May 13, 2021, 7:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on May 13, 2021 in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. MEETING AGENDA 1. Roll Call/Opening Ceremony - Justin Cooley 2. Approval of April 2021 minutes 3. Conditional Use Application for temporary RV dwelling, Norm & Sue Gregory, 261 West 100 North 4. Terry & Sue Griffin, Cache County rezone and subdivision request of parcel 13-029-0002. Request letter of support or concern for Cache County because property is contiguous to Newton Town boundary and within the annexation policy plan area. 5. Preliminary plan, subdivision of one lot into two, about 250 East 200 South, parcel 13-034-0066, Martin and Nancy Empey 6. Subdivision ordinance review 7.
