Call Public Hearing to Order - Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Clarkston Town Annexation Policy - Amend Ordinance 10-2-9 2. Adjourn to Regular LUDM Meeting - Approve minutes from April 12, 2021 3. New Business - Final Annexation Policy Discussion - Approved Permits: - Blake Barson - Zoning Clearance - Shed - 35 N 200 E - Rick Ashcroft - Zoning Clearance - Shed - 375 E Center 4. Other Business - City Inspect - Training from Hyde Park - Business License Appeal Decision - Discussion about Home-Based Businesses 5.
