Wednesday, May 5, 2021 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Zone Change (Public Hearing) and Preliminary Plat A. ESCALA. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-3 in conjunction with the development of 10 lots and 106 townhome units in a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 1300 South Del Monte Road. 3. General Plan Amendment (Public Hearing) A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal involves various revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 4. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 5. Adjourn
