TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION May 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 This meeting will also be broadcast via YouTube live on the Toquerville City YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOn3wYhjwc2gKbc91YPRIAA. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING MAY 12, 2021, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a zone change application for 8.31 acres submitted by BBBA LLC for Tax ID parcel T-107-B-1. Current zoning is MU-20 Multiple Use. Proposed zoning is R-1-20. 2. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2021.XX 10-15C MPDO density bonus. An ordinance amending density bonus calculations definitions and basis for calculations. 3. Public input is sought on Ordinance 10-15B Planned Development Overlay Zone. An ordinance removing section 10-15B Planned Development Overlay Zone. Copies of these ordinances and applications are available for review at the State website http://pmn.utah.gov or at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
