NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A request to amend the Lindon City zoning map for the property located at approximately 550 N. State Street with Parcel Number 14:067:0187. It is proposed that a portion of the State Street frontage of the property be rezoned from General Commercial to General Commercial-A to accommodate the expansion of the Low Book Sales car dealership.
An application made by Lindon City to amend the Standard Land Use Table to adopt proximity restrictions for Wedding/Event Reception Centers and not permit Wedding/Event Reception Center from the General Commercial-Storage zone.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, the Planning Commission encourages all attendees wear a mask. Seating will be spaced for social distancing. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation on all public hearing items to the City Council. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
