PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE, AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES RELATED TO CULINARY SERVICES AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICES Salina City, located in Sevier County, Utah serving development within the City's current municipal boundaries and impact fee service areas, intends to adopt an impact fee analyses, prepare and enact impact fee Ordinance related to Culinary Water and Services and Sanitary Sewer Services. If approved, these actions will require the payment of impact fees associated with new development with Salina City. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing at 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the Salina City Hall (90 W Main, Salina, UT. 84654). In addition to appearing at the public hearing, interested persons may submit written comments regarding the proposed impact fee ordinance to Ashlee Larsen, City Recorder at PO BOX 69 Salina, UT. 84654 or at ashlee@salinacity.org.
