- NOTICE is hereby given that Meadow Town will hold a municipal election(s) this fall to elect two (2) council members and one (1) Mayor to the Governing Body. Each municipal office shall be a four-year term beginning on the first Monday of January 2022. Given a sufficient number of candidates, a primary election will be held on August 10, 2021, with the municipal general election being held on November 2, 2021. United States citizens who have resided at least twelve consecutive months within the legal boundaries of Meadow Town proper that are registered voters within the same may file a Declaration of Candidacy statement, or a Nomination Petition may be filed in behalf of a qualified person. Potential candidates are hereby advised that an ordinance is in force that requires compliance with Campaign Finance Disclosure requirements throughout the elective process. The filing for elective office is to be made before the Meadow Town Clerk between June 1 and June 7, 2021 (deadline is 5:00 p. m. on June 7).
