- Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on April 15, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- March 18, 2021 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Karey Pelch 4. Review and Possible Action- Quayle Subdivision- Approx. 5730 N 4700 W 5. Discussion and Possible Action- Amending the General Plan 6. Future considerations- 7. Assignments for next meeting 8. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda. Those wanting time in the meeting to present requests must be on the agenda. Schedule this with Shanda Reney (see below). Public meeting agendas must be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
