- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee has received application from Mark Cottam to subdivide property at 125 - 175 E Center St, Wales, Utah in order to create three conforming lots from a single lot. A public hearing to discuss the proposed subdivision will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 April 2021 at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. in Wales.
