North Ogden City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors
to perform Contractor services to assist the City in the construction of a retaining
wall along Pleasant View Drive to commence in 2021. Bid documents will be available online at https://www.northogdencity.com. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Recorder at 505 E. 2600 N., North Ogden, Utah no later than 4 pm, April 29, 2021.
OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: North Ogden City Corporation reserves the right to
reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City. If North Ogden City awards the contract for the Work, such award shall be to the responsible Bidder based on the 'Choosing be Advantages' (CBA) decision making evaluation. (see document 00 45 15).
