Approve Minutes from combined City Council and Planning Commission Workshop held January 14, 2021.
TRAILS DENSITY OPTION (Legislative)
This would allow developers to obtain more density by providing additional trails (in excess of the Master Trails Plan) for public use.
COMMERCIAL/PLANNED PROFESSIONAL MIXED-USE OVERLAY ZONE (Legislative)
This would allow developers to combine residential use on commercial property.
Next Workshop scheduled for Wednesday, June 30, 2021
Item to be considered:
SPOT ZONING OR A COMMERCIAL MIXED-USE OVERLAY ZONE
This would allow developers to put in a convenience store or small restaurant in a residential neighborhood.
CREATE NEW 'MOUNTAIN ZONE'
This would apply to sensitive land areas (ie. steep slopes). It would likely involve cluster developments.
