Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered:
Recommendation to adopt a Mixed Residential Housing Ordinance
Recommendation to amend the Nibley City Future Land Use Map
Recommendation to Rezone a portion of Parcel 03-067-0004, located at 4350 S Main St from R-2-Residential to C-Commercial
Recommendation to Rezone Parcel 03-018-0002 and 03-018-0005, located at approximately 1145 W 3200 S from R-2- Residential and A-Agricultural to C-Commercial. This item has been revised. The previous version listed the parcel numbers incorrectly.
When: April 1, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
