- SALINA CITY PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing March 24, 2021, at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 147-2021 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17.28 Single - Family Residential Zone R-1; 17.28.040 Site Development Standards.
