PUBLIC HEARING HPC 21-003 Proposed Demolition of Thatcher Mill Ruin (Millcreek Phase II) (Certificate of Appropriateness) BBI Land LLC & Mountain States Property Management, owner/authorized agent, are requesting to demolish the existing historic ruin and reincorporate some of the rocks and mill artifacts throughout the project site. The canal will be relocated to the historic stream bed as it once was. Located at 74 West 100 South in the Town Center One District (TC-1) zone; TIN 02-046-0014. IV. ADJOURN
