The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 5:30 PM, Cedar City Festival Hall - 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a Preliminary Plan Subdivision application - Parks at Deer Hollow Subdivision Phase 2A - Preliminary Plat and the proposed Amendment and Extension of Development Agreement. Applicant: Keystone Developers Inc.
