TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday March 3, 2021 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday March 3, 2021 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: Approve February 3, 2021 Planning and Zoning minutes. Discuss and possible vote: Andrew Naugle Portage building permit for pole barn/shed. Discussion only No vote information and ideas: possible subdivision/planned unit development, help from committee with information for Grama request and etc... Discuss and Possible vote and all other section that apply: Entire Section 107.0 Animal and Fowl Regulations (proposed changes) The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast. Any item not listed below may also be discussed and voted on as per standing agenda item #7. Remove underline from all section titles. Proposed Section 107.0 Animal and Fowl Regulations: Proposed possible title change. Possible change to Table of Content. Proposed possible Section 107.1: paragraph and title change. Proposed possible change to Table of Content. Proposed possible Section 107.2 verbiage changes though out, possible add new subsections term, A, B, and C. Proposed possible Section 115 charts change and additions. Proposed possible Section 107.3: paragraph changes. Discuss and possibly make proposed changes to section 112.11 Non-Conforming land use. Proposed Possible Section 107.4 removal of paragraph. Keep 107.4 Open for future use. Proposed Possible Section 107.5: Remove text add new chart, setback changes, title change, add all zones to chart. Proposed Possible Section 107.6: Strike paragraph, add 08/13/2008 Resolution 2008-5. Proposed Possible Section 107.7: Change sentence. Proposed Possible Section 107.8: Agricultural Production Exception Add Section 107.8 to Table of Content list as it was omitted from list. Proposed Possible Section 107.9: Add entire new section titled: 107.9 KENNEL REGULATIONS The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast. 102.2 Terms Add: apiary, aviary, large, small, and exotic species. Proposed Possible: Section 115 changes. The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast. Including all sections that may need changes to reflect changes in above sections. Standing agenda items: Discuss and approve proposed changes to all sections of Town of Portage ordinances: Table of Content and Sections: 101 - 118.
