NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 2 March 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: none Business 1. Discuss filling the vacant seat on the Planning & Zoning Committee 2. Discuss renting 30 yard dumpster for town clean-up day 3. Discuss Welsh Days for 2021 4. Discuss & adjust water rates 5. Discuss possible building moratorium due to water situation Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 2 February 2021 Approval for payment of February 2021 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
