The purpose for the amendment is to add 3 units in the future explosion area noted on the approved plat. Applicant is Ryan Thomas. Tabled form February 17, 2021: Continuation of the Public Hearing to review only conditions made at the February 17, 2021 meeting. One that a secondary access to meet fire code and if the access can go through a floodplain. Second that the HOA is not part of Coral Canyon. Three that 25 foot height is followed. Four that the issue with extra trash be dealt with. Consider and make a recommendation to the City Council for The Island at Coral Canyon located at approximately 3300 East 1100 North. Applicant is Cole West Home.
