- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Council will hold the scheduled City Council meeting on Thursday, February 18, 2021 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West. 1. 5:30 p.m. Welcome - MOTION to start meeting - Roll call of Council members 2. 5:33 p.m. Gary Richards ~ Variance request to build a small apartment at 300 East 100 South. 3. 5:50 p.m. Council member Troy Prestwich ~ Irrigation 4. 6:10 p.m. MOTION Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution 2021-01 authorizing the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Moroni City and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project. 5. 6:20 p.m. MOTION Land Option Agreement in consideration of the price and terms to purchase property from Sheldon Wayne Holgreen.
