DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS 4. FINAL PLAT a. Consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Red Waters at Sunrise Valley Phase 2 Final Plat located at approximately 600 South 2700 East. Applicant is Middon LLC. 5. ROAD DEDICATION a. Consideration to approve a conceptual Plan for the 1165 East Bulloch Street Road Dedication. Applicant is Dave Holman 6. PLAT AMENDMENT A limit of 20 people will be allowed in the Council Chambers at a time, Mask and social distancing must be maintained. a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Cotton Town Village Plat Amendment and extended. The purpose for the amended and extended is to redefine and create new lots with the exception of lots 4 located at approximately 300 West Telegraph. Applicants are George and Kathy Staheli.
