- AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Variance requested by Janece Dorrity. She is requesting a variance to add a residential footprint to a non-commercial building in a C-1 zone. Location is 184 S. Bear Lake Blvd. in Garden City, Utah. 3. Variance request by Dan and Lynne Margolis. They are requesting a variance on distance required for the rear set-back and a side set-back. Location is 349 E. 1764 S. in Garden City, Utah. 4. Approval of Minutes: Approval of minutes for this meeting held on February 16, 2021 will be prepared and mailed or e-mailed to each member of the Board of Adjustments. The Board Members will have ten days to review the minutes and submit any changes to the clerk. If after ten days there are no changes, the minutes will stand approved. If there are changes, the process will be followed until all the changes are made and the Board Members are in agreement. Miscellaneous 5. Adjournment
