- Holden Town Council Agenda February 10, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. This meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of January 13, 2020, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department b. Jim Blodgett - Roads and Land fill c. Josalyn Stevens- Parks, Recreation and CERT d. David Wood- Electric e. Mayor Darren Fox - Cemetery and Employees 6. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 7. New Business a. Holden Town Treasurer b. Approve Flowell Electric to improve electric poles around 300 South Main c. Conflict of Interest Policy d.
