- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 as close to 6:00 pm as possible. These hearings will be conducted by electronic webinar via Zoom and streamed on Facebook. Participation links will be provided on the City's website prior to the meeting. Both hearings are to consider proposed amendments to the Land Use and Development Regulations of the City of Holladay. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider proposed amendments regarding water protection standards. The purpose of the second hearing is to receive input on proposed amendments to development regulations within the Holladay Village zone. The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website: www.cityofholladay.com.
