NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Meeting on Tuesday January 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Udy 2. Approval of Agenda Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Public Hearing on Subdivision Ordinance update 2. Public Hearing on Zoning Ordinance update 3. Determination to forward the updated Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance to Town Council Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
