(As Needed) LAND USE APPLICATION(S) CUP2020-000104 - Robert Boldt is requesting Conditional Use approval for an Oversized Accessory Building (2,000 square foot garage), for a parcel greater than 1/2 acre. Acreage: 0.98 acres. Location: 9047 West 3200 South. Zone: R-1-6 (Residential). Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) EXP2020-000118 - Tamara Gunderson is requesting approval of a Special Exception to have a Non-Conforming Use of a two-family dwelling declared legal. Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) CUP2020-000064 - Steve Layton is requesting Conditional Use approval for a Warehouse/Office building on Lot 1 of the proposed 201 Logistics Center Subdivision. Acreage: Approximately 56.59 acres. Location: 2490 South 7600 West. Zone: M-1/zc (Manufacturing, Light Industrial). Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application. If public input is requested, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. PUBLIC HEARING(S) REZ2020-000100 - Ronald Larsen is requesting to Rezone property from the R-1-6 (Single-Family Residential) Zone to the R-2-6.5 (Multi-Family Residential) Zone. Acreage: Approximately 0.5 acres. Location: 7637 West 3100 South. Planner: Julia Friedman (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission will act on the proposed rezone after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
