PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH December 22, 2020 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting through ZOOM on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, commencing at 6:00 PM. We encourage email comments and concerns sent to lhellstrom@pleasantviewcity.com The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of allegiance: Dave Marriott Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Dave Marriott Declaration of Conflicts of Interest Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (public) Youth City Council Report Consent Items: - Minutes of December 8, 2020 - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Audit presentation. (Presenter: Childs Richards CPA's and Advisors) 6:25 P.M. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve a City Administrator Employment Contract. (Presenter: Mayor Call) 6:40 P.M. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Budge Farms Phase 1 preliminary subdivision, 30 lots located at approximately 1500 W between Pleasant View Drive and Hwy 89. (Presenter: Jill Hunt) 6:55 P.M. 4. Discussion and possible action to renew the 2021 Workers Compensation Insurance in the amount of $48,162. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 7:10 P.M. 5. Ratify the Cares Act Funding Agreement between North View Fire District and Pleasant View City. (Presenter: Mayor Call) 7:15 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action to consider a Policy to write-off final billed utility accounts in amounts $3.00 and less, Policy 2020-3. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 7:20 P.M. 7. Closed Meeting. 7:40 P.M. 8. Discussion and possible action from the closed meetings.
