- REGULAR AGENDA Mapleton City Council Meeting Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 6:00 pm Notice is hereby given that the Mapleton City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Mapleton City Website at www.mapleton.org for a link to participate and/or view the meeting. PRESENTATION: Jed Morley with EPYPE requests to present a resource tool allowing citizens easier access to their utility bills, upcoming city events, changes that are taking place within a community, etc. CONSENT AGENDA: Items on the consent agenda are routine in nature and do not require discussion or independent action. Members of the Council may ask to remove any items from the consent agenda to be considered individually. Unless that is done, one motion may be used to adopt all recommended actions. If the public has questions or comments regarding the consent agenda, please contact staff prior to the meeting. 1. Approval of City Council meeting minutes- November 18, 2020 2. Consideration of a Resolution awarding the design of the Maple Street and 800 South Pressurized Irrigation Trunk line design. Steven Lord, Public Works Director/City Engineer 3. Consideration of a Resolution for the appointment of Logan Miner as the Interim Recreation Director. Cory Branch, City Administrator 4. Consideration of a Resolution approving the Project Plan and Preliminary Plat application for the Fox Hollow Town Homes consisting of eight townhomes located at 200 N 1750 W in the R-2-B zone. Sean Conroy, Community Development Director PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: People will be given the opportunity to make comments in writing during each public hearing by emailing cbrown@mapleton.org. Your comment will be read in order of the request. 5. Consideration of a Resolution Amending the current FY 2020-2021 Budget. Bryce Oyler, Finance Director 6. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Mapleton City Code (MCC) section 18.28.040 to modify requirements for certain conditional uses allowed in the A-2 zone. Sean Conroy, Community Development Director ACTION ITEMS: 7. Consideration of a Resolution granting a waiver to Cody Gore for Mapleton City code section 14.20.050.D Use of Public Sewers Required. Steven Lord, Public Works Director/City Engineer 8. Consideration of a Resolution for the appointment of a full-time Fiber Internet Director. Cory Branch, City Administrator 9. Consideration of a Resolution entering an amended interlocal agreement with Spanish Fork City for construction, use, and maintenance of joint wastewater treatment facility and joint trunk lines. Steven Lord, Public Works Director/City Engineer MAYOR, COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ADJOURNMENT FROM REGULAR SESSION CLOSED MEETING: Mapleton City Council may adjourn the regular meeting and convene into a closed session pursuant to ยง52-4-205, as provided by Utah Code.
