COUNCIL/STAFF RESPONSE AND CONSIDERATION TO CITIZEN COMMENTS Council and staff will consider and address concerns and take appropriate measures to follow up on any comments made in the citizen comments item on the agenda 8. NEW BUSINESS 8.1 DISCUSSION: CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN DISCUSSION Continuation of the Work Session discussions. 8.2 DISCUSSION: PUBLIC WORKS HEAVY EQUIPMENT DISCUSSION Continuation of the Work Session discussions. 8.3 DISCUSSION/ACTION: DIRECTION TO MOVE FORWARD AND BRING BACK HEAVY EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT AND FINANCE OPTIONS TO COUNCIL FOR FUTURE ACTION Discussion on heavy equipment replacement needs, with approval from Council to bring back Funding options for consideration at a later date. 9. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken. 10. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items. 11.
