NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold regular Council Meeting Monday December 7th, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the November 2, 2020 Council Meeting 2. 4-H Livestock kids report and thank you. 3. Brady Carter: Planning and Zoning recommendations 4. Kade Blackner: Follow-up on Natural Hazard Mitigation planning committee 5. Update Capital Improvement List for Five County Associations of Government 6. Update on truck for Brandon Davis 7. Weight room at old fire house 8. Year end bonuses 9. Sewer study update for packing plant 10. Discuss putting in place a water ordinance for new construction out of the Town limits. 11. Does the town intend on having a Santa visit for kids? 12. Pay Bills 13. Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
