PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday December 8, 2020 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting November 10, 2020. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) December 2020. 3. Discuss new fiscal year 2020-2021 budget. 4. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 5. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 6. Report that SGHA was awarded 40 Mainstream Vouchers (Non-Elderly / Disabled) 7. Kenny Miller / Gloria Shakespeare bank signatures. 8. SGHA employees end of year performance / incentive bonuses. 9. Discuss new potential board members with board. 10. Hand out Board reimbursement checks.
