- Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Notice of Public Hearing Notice of Proposed Impact Fee December 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Office 3025 E. Spanish Trail Rd. Moab, UT 84532 The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed Secodary Water Impact Fee, updating the GWSSA Fee Schedule and to hear public comments regarding the fee per UT code 17B-1-643. The public is invited to attend and be heard. In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-4-401 the fee increase will take effect 90 days after the enactment is approved. Written comments may be sent to: GWSSA Public Hearing Comments PO Box 1046 Moab, UT 84532 A copy of the proposed rates is available at the GWSSA office and online at www.grandwater.org Dated March 19, 2018 Published in the Times Independent November 26 and December 3, 2020 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the District office at the address above or call 259-8121 at least four working days before the meeting.
