Meeting Called to Order 2. Approval of Minutes: October 13, 2020 - November 10, 2020 3. Public Q & A 4. Presentations: - Dillon Hoyt - Dead Horse Point State Park 5. Discussion and Action Items: - Board Discussion - selecting new Board Member - Street Light and partnership with USU - Corragio- Community Assessment utilizing UOT grant funds 6. General Discussion Items: 7. Chairman's Report, Howard Trenholme 8. Directors Report - Elaine Gizler o Review of the Travel Council Budget approved by the Grand County Commission o Follow up on the requirements from the Resolution o Redesigning the current ads to incoroporate Recreate with Respect o Redoing videos to add in the Recreate with Respect o Updated Billboards on I70- Robert to present the new design o Dashboard in partnership with Love Communications o Updated TRT o Update on the DILAL website and how it is being transformed to incorporate the Recreate with Respect o 2021 Special Events-currently being reviewed and the County Attorney is working with the Travel Council updating the application, COVID Protocol, updating the Ordinance. While 2021 dates have been approve for Event Sponsors, it does not confirm permitting the event. Every event will be reviewed thoroughly. 9. Committee Reports a. Marketing b. Airport c. Chamber of Commerce d. County Commission e. City Council f. Sustainability 10. Future agenda items - The Next Board meeting will be on January 12, 2021 - Meeting in January with the San Juan County Tax Advisory Board and Natalie Randall Closed Session(s) if necessary.
