VII. PUBLIC HEARING - BOND PROJECT ITEM CHANGE
The Washington County Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 4:35 p.m. to receive public comment on a proposed change to the approved 2019-2023 Bond Projects that would move the Maintenance Building project to the 2021 school year for completion.
VIII. PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED SECONDARY BOUNDARY CHANGE
The Washington County Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 4:35 p.m. to receive public comment on a proposed boundary change between Crimson Cliffs High School and Desert Hills High School. The proposed boundary change would take in all of the new development along the Southern Parkway (Ence/Salisbury Homes South of White Dome and the Desert Canyon Development). The students living in these areas will attend Desert Hills High School beginning August 2021-2022. Maps of the proposed boundary changes are available at https://www.washk12.org.
IX. PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED ELEMENTARY BOUNDARY CHANGE
The Washington County Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 4:40 p.m. to receive public comment on a proposed boundary change between Washington Elementary and Coral Canyon Elementary. The new boundary line for Washington Elementary and Coral Canyon Elementary will be changed from 1100 East to Washington Parkway. The boundary for the new Desert Canyons Elementary will also be proposed as East of Interstate 15, running along the Southern Parkway and South of Warner Valley Road.
