The Rockville Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, the 8th day of December 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This Commission meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Commission members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3. Discussion and action on a request for a designation of a group of five or more unrelated individuals as a functional equivalent of a family per the Rockville Land Use Code - Jennifer McKenzie
4. Conceptual discussion on the possibility of operating a shuttle service under the requirements of a home occupation.
5. Adjourn
