PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Work Meeting on Thursday December 10, 2020 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 East Main Street in Grantsville Utah. The Work Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. and the Regular Meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
THE WORK MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
1. Discussion on the Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 21 of the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code.
THE REGULAR MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed Rezone of 155 acres for Mountain Vista Development and Monte Kingston located between Hwy 138 and Old Lincoln Hwy to go from a Mixed Use, A-10, and an MD zone to a Mixed Use and C-D zone.
b. Proposed Final Plat Amendment for the Cook Corner Subdivision located at approximately 935 East Durfee Street to reconfigure 3 of the 5 lots to be able to provide access for the property to the North in the RR-1 zone.
c. Proposed Minor Subdivision for Mayra Reyes to divide her property from one (1) 1.45-acre lot into two (2) lots located at 225 South Willow Street in the RM-7 zone.
d. Proposed Minor Subdivision for Marge Anderson to divide her property from one (1) 1.32-acre lot into two (2) lots located at 220 West Apple Street in the RM-7 zone.
e. Proposed Preliminary Plat for TP Grantsville, LLC and Shawn Holste on the Parkinson Meadows Subdivision located approximately at 198 East Pear Street for the creation of thirty-six (36) lots in the R-1-21 zone.

7. Consideration to approve the meeting minutes for the previous P&Z Meeting that was held November 12, 2020.
